I learned quite a bit in this episode as I've never been much of a Mustang fan. Personally I've always considered the first generation fastbacks to be the best looking of the bunch over the years. I just watched the 1960's flick "Grand Prix" once again a few weeks ago. There were a number of cars featured in the sidelines of the movie that were awesome to see. Of course one of those happened a black & gold GT350 H driven by James Garner's character. Good stuff.

@@er1115 the Fox Body is definitely a cult following. As a cult member I'll try to explain. First the look...the car screams 1980s/early 90s...so unique , especially for a mustang. Although I do admit there are similarities at quick glance to say the escort. Especially from the back. However there is no mistaking how menacing they can look. The literal bolt on options are cheap and endless to make the car a little faster or a lot faster depending on preference. They sound amazing with aftermarket cat back. Had they instead bought a used ~1990 Fox body in 1993 for about $6,500 and put the rest in the S&P500, their "investment" would be worth over $100k today AND they would have been able to actually drive and enjoy the car. *can that be right? Yea 500 miles in 29 years ... Thats 17 miles per year and 1 mile per month .. what a WASTE. Those are not the original tires unless the car was on a lift with the tires hanging all the time or the tires were pulled off while sitting. The rims of the cobra look very similar to those that had the cougar and thunderbird of that time

SO I THINK MY VIBRANT RED 20THOUSAND ORIGINAL MESSAGE SVT COBRA HAS GONE UP IN VALUE LOL IT'S WORTH A LITTLE MORE THAN THE 17.500 BUCKS I PAYED BACK IN 2005 I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO BE VALUABLE.

It bugs me that there is a 95 mustang, 2006 magnum and a crown vic in the background. non of those will ever be valuable.

I believe the Crown Vic is a Mercury Marauder and the 1995 Mustang is a Cobra R which was limited to 250 copies. Not sure about the Dodge.
