Yeah agreed, all this talk about regulations forcing OEMS to turbocharge smaller engines or go full EV, and the Japanese are still giving us n/a V8s and n/a boxer engines. Have to give Porsche credit, yes they have many VWs and Audis with Porsche badges (and I understand they do that to keep the boat afloat) but you forgive these cars because you can still buy a n/a GT Porsche with a manual gearbox or at the very least still buy an almost new one. To buy a proper M car you have to go back more than 10 years.

The camera angles on the DeLorean and Ferrari 400/412 really make the cars look way better than they actually are. The rolling shots are absolutely bang on and could make you fall in love with them, only to have your heart broken when seeing them in person. The last of the Prelude's, more so in a SH trim are probably the best looking Honda's made of the modern era. They always looked like they should have been RWD. Like they were begging for the Vigor drivetrain and 5cylinder under the hood. I think that's what it was lacking honestly. It could have really put a dent in the S chassis Nissans.

Had the car in my driveway for a month, had the engine in my basement. Plans changed, we moved, sold the engine, gave the car back to the shop. I think '60's and earlier is on the decline and has seen its peak as Boomers cash out and the next generation are more interested in '90's to 00's cars. These later cars were the aspirational vehicles of Gen X's youth and are more compatible with modern traffic conditions. I think the aberration to the widely predicted generational shift are pre-WW 1 "Brass Era" cars which are now being viewed through the historic lens as being the first ICE cars as we enter long tail to ICE vehicle production with driver involvement levels having peaked.

Surprised not to see the Honda S2000 in this lineup. Values have gone up considerably in my country, to the extent it's more expensive now than they were new.

But thats not the point of the video. The point of this video is to show cars that might be/are starting on their ascent in price. The S2K is already a highly valued collector car, these are wannabes or soon to be’s.

Just wondering, could you fit the Huracans DCT to the Gallardo?
