They have an in built automatic water sprinkling systems. And there are no cylinders inside the flat. Gas is only through pipeline.

many are poor people ..builders should consider it while pricing .. anything below 2000 is good price ❤

The construction cost itself is around 1800 per sft. Just think logically before asking for anything below 2000.

People don't think price will come down even in standalone cause construction cost is around 4k per sft in sft, the construction would get delayed but not prices.
