Buying plot to build a house is perfect with all this good futures & quality of construction but if we buy plot for investment perpose, how do we justify the resale price with other layout around this area? After 5-10 years all the layouts looks same 😊 Black soil is good for house construction? Black cotton soil absorbs water and expands during wet seasons, and then shrinks and cracks during dry seasons. This repeated swelling and shrinkage can cause the building to settle and develop cracks. Most of the Villas in Mokila facing this issue. 😮 🤔

Can anyone please explain why one should invest here? It's too far (30KM) from Muthangi exit and 1KM from NH65 via muddy road. It doesn't matter how much it's developed, but if it's too far from city/good employment, it cannot appreciate.
