That is not core city of Hyderabad...the area you are referring is for only IT ...and everyone in Hyderabad doesn't work in IT ....and this area is not affordable by common ppl and is highly priced...

My opinion :This is wrong analysis. Always, Growth will be where there is more long distance traffic. Tomorrow Hyderabad will be logistic capital of south India. Buy it on the highways connecting Mumbai and Bangalore. Stop this Costa Knowledge. There is nothing like center of city any more.
