There is a video out where the last time Deegan said Chance rode him dirty . Chance said in the video " yes I cut him off I'm here to win " . So Chance definitely has a target on his back because I know this was the 3rd time they have had a run in . 1st time Deegan has gone down . Joe is next after the contact jumping lines to cut off Deegan .
