i bought Haier Candy 1.5 inverer ac. In April 24 Free installation was done by Haier appointed person. Wearing HAIER shirt. Gas leaked as he was installing. Now for the past week we are using but cooling is not good enough and the outside tube has ice on it. We complained as ee have 1 year warranty. The helpline person wasted 30 min in just verifying. A senior person visited the next day . He examined outer / inner / tube but could not figure out where the leakage was. He reported accordingly.. The centre now says that they dont have any data of the person who installed the ac. So we should pay . Where as we have provided every proof that the person who installed the ac was from HAIER.
