Hyderabadi Biryani Uses Dalchini,Cloves, Elaichi,Sahjeera, Nothing else is Needed. Methi. Kesar. Malai. Rose petals. Are used to. Make it much richer Ghee is a Must A Proper Hyderabadi is this. Jeera powder,Javitri,Jai fal,Garam masala powder, Badi elaichi,Star anis,bay leafs All these are added by Few Other Biryani makers but that is not Authentic.

A true Hyderabadi will never use the term “dum biryani”. These are the immigrants from outside Hyderabad. In Hyderabad the correct term is “DUM KI BIRYANI “.
