He is the neatest Chef I have seen so far doing bulk cooking. There's no sloppiness during his entire cooking. All ingredients are in, no waste on the sides and on the ground and everywhere. SUPERB. Gloves is Impossible to mix the chicken, spices and coconut milk. Chicken will be marinated well. His hands look clean. I'm sure he is rinsing his hands every time he walks in. Locals eat their food with their bare hands without washing first. They enjoyed their food. That's their culture. Seafoods, BBQ ribs and fried chicken are better eaten with bare fingers. Few people wash their hands before eating. Michellin Chefs arranged the small amount of food on the plate with bare hands. TV cooking chefs don't wear gloves. Baking bread mixing without gloves. I don't wear gloves when I'm cooking. Tons of Spices plus the heat will kill almost 200% even the most lethal germs out there. But the food should be served quick to customers. The place is hot. End product was simply, neatly and unpretentiously presented. I'm sure it's delicious. No wonder it's Famous. All the Best for this Hardworking and Humble Guy. Excellent. I'm seeing some people here commenting about using hand gloves during cooking. Tbh they don't do it with dirty hands I'm afraid to say this but in Italy or in any part of the world people uses bare hands to make pizza dough but people still eat that pizza and appreciate it. You gotta know that

One reason during covid pandemic in India, million died...they are short of hygiene knowledge... Bacteria transfer from human to materials or food. ...the area is open and exposed to dust and particles from wind...the food are handled with dirty bare hands...( hands are dirty because he pickup materials...then touch the main food. Washing hands on a small bottle of water....just at least use PLASTIC GLOVES....live in a safe modern days...not on a traditional ways... As for the condition of it being fake you have to understand hat cuisines are born out of fusion of different products.They will be varied depending on the locality they are being made. Some people think biryani should be cooked only in a way they know, or there's only one Recipe cooked in hyderabad for biryani, there different biryani in hyderabad itself with variation , and there's Lucknow biryani, Kolkata biryani, and they Cook in their own way. Based on their regional spices. Biryani don't belong to one specific city. First of all in olden days biryani has travelled to India in two different route north and south . And they gave their own variation to dish based on their regional spices..hence said always ignore negative comment.

Very satisfying vdo. Bare hands r safe while cooking provided soap washed thoroughly. The sweeping scene behind was very disheartening. Moreover, pouring the DALDA GHEE vanaspati ghee over it may b an economical alternate for oil or ghee 😔. Otherwise the preparation is wonderful. Hats off to the young chef.

after covid 19 i think it's confirmed that chicken prepared without gloves can not cause you any serious disease but a highly hygiene and prepaid with gloves rat can 😂so it's depends upon food first then of course hygiene and i'm sure they wash their hands before cooking at least it will cause stomach etc but can not be a cause of covid like disease to be exist or born😂
