What do I like about living on the Northshore? The weather is not too hot and not too cold. We do get showers, but it's always green. It's perfect if you want to be a backyard farmer or enjoy the tropical surroundings. I also like the ocean, which is just 10 minutes away. I love to surf at Hookipa, and my sons and their daughters also surf at Hookipa. Paia town is 15 minutes away from shopping and dining.
