Hey, Brazil is here! Really you are right, Asahi looks scary with his appearance, being one of the oldest and very tall, but his true personality is exactly the opposite, unlike Nishinoya, he is the smallest of the team and looks like someone "harmless", but this guy it really has fire in its eyes, it’s one of the reasons it’s my favorite. Haikyuu is a good anime because the author does not forget the other characters, although we know that Hinata and Kageyama are the main ones, so we can often find ourselves cheering for another team without necessarily being Karasuno, and even like characters from other schools. Nekoma for example has very interesting players, as well as the last one that has Oikawa.

Jonathan Wright that depends on your version of likable. you can tell right off the bat that because he has an attitude he’s gonna get some insane character development which in and of itself is exciting. i feel like that moment that tsukki had with tanaka and kags outside with the two seijo members was really cool and showed that he still knows that he’s on a team and has a reason for acting distant anyway lol it all comes down to opinion i guess

Also the team that shut down asahi are beasts and its wasn't just one spike it was throughout the whole game. imagine being the star player and not being able to score that is definitely gonna take a toll (also asahi has a glass heart)
