sure sugas got great experience and trust but kageyama has everything else suga has and more kageyama can literally pinpoint when hes going to shoot and set so yeah kageyamas better+ suga said he doesnt mind about it and that as a 3 rd year he mostly just wants his team to win so he can feel accomplished and that coach ukai shouldnt worry about who to put on the court and just who he wants best, so kageyama is the better option and also better for his character development +plot story
