As a left hander, I love how Haikyuu!! has an OP lefty. They even showed how lefties have an advantage in sports and dove deep in Ushijima's left handedness, and how that (plus his strength) gives him a major advantage. Left handed representation is rare in anime, let alone most TV shows and movies, so the fact that they made a major antagonist here left handed, made me so happy. Hate me for it, but I actually started cheering for Ushijima for a little---I'm sorry, it's just that, as a lefty, seeing someone that's left handed be so powerful and amazing just feels good.
