Saying to Kageyama he is a goody two shoes means that he is just trying to do what the spikers want and excutes that perfectly.. .. In volleyball the setter is the one who decides the attacks patterns and helps the spikers hit the best set and not the comfortable one...... So basically kageyama is soo talented that he was unconsciously making customed sets insted of the best sets to the hitters.

can you interpret how Kageyama took that? I mean if what you said is true then why he made those expression.

@@Vince5-zu5ou oh I would be happy ofc... I would do anything to ditch studying. So here it is : In volley ball the spikers have tendencies and habits, those habits like hitting at a certain hight or having a slightly curved or delayed set will allow the spiker to hit his own perfect hit and give higher chance of scoring! And that is what Kageyama was trying to do make his team hit sets that wont miss ( remmeber when he shouted at Azumane?? "I wont make bad sets so dont miss" yup exactly) blwhich is btw SO FREAKING HARD LIKE he is a literal mosnter for doing so 😭😭 The goody two shoes comment bothered him a bit bcs he thought that it was the correct thing to do, to always try and give his spikers their accustomed sets so there wont be any excuses if the spike wasnt in......But while a spikers habit is his own secret weapon It is studied by their opposite teams and then becomes his weakness and the more the spiker gets loosely dependable on his habits he performance decreases, It wasnt clear to Tobio until after they faced Datecho and he had that little arguement with Azumane and the team, he understood that he was making his spikers way too comfortable + he isnt the only one always trying to figure out ways to win, they are also thinking of winning so he shouldn't bend to their habits but and try to push them higher and level up along them. Examples that made Atsumu loose his mind bcs kageyama changed so much : 1) MY FAV EVERRRR And this was the perfect one for me when he kept sending sets to Tanaka even tho he was always missing, the old Tobio would have ditched him and started giving sets to others or give him simple sets bcs Tanaka was obviously failing to hit crosses, yet he kept pushing Tanaka until he was able to Jump over his mistakes and hit a perfect cross!!!! 2) Tsukishima not jumping high enough, instead of giving him low sets as usual he kept raising it refusing to bend to his habit Atsumu was mindblown at how fast and precise Kageyama was to accept change!!
