That's the most important step! Water and trying to limit greasy/processed food. Acne like much of our body functions has to do with hormones and hereditary traits. Using good skincare and skin practices really can help though. Try the Ordinary brand it's pretty affordable skincare that's pretty healthy. Also use a good amount of sunscreen.
