Même si les français mangent beaucoup de cuisine importé de par nos français issus des minorités, c’est celle issue de la tradition français dont on doit être fier. @@kettydbr1684 Bonjour, Pour les cuisses de grenouille, c'est assez vrai. Finalement, s'ils en mangent, c'est plus souvent dans des restaurants asiatiques que français. Toutefois, pour les escargots, c'est malgré tout un plat traditionnel des fêtes de fin d'année qui se retrouve dans énormément de foyers français aux repas du réveillon de Noël et du Jour de l'An (La France est le plus gros consommateur d'escargots au Monde, avec une douzaine d'escargots consommé par an et par personne). Je dirais donc plutôt que la plupart des Français ont déjà mangé des escargots. Mais, il est exact qu'en général, c'est un plat que l'on ne mange qu'une ou deux fois par an. Ce n'est pas un plat consommé à l'année dirons-nous. Mais, il n'y a pas si longtemps, on en consommait beaucoup plus en France. C'était le plat du pauvre par excellence. Parce que des escargots, on en trouve partout et que c'est gratuit. Cdt,
