If you don't want a big dark shelf in the middle of your rainbow just try changing the order of the colors. Try this order: silver,grey, white black (so they will be on the top of your shelves) then purple, pink,, red, orange, gold, brown, yellow, green, blue. That way the dark shelves will be on top and the pretty colours in the middle 😎

I think it would be cool for you to group your wrap ups maybe seasonally? You could do a fall wrap up, winter, maybe a separate one for Christmas read a lot of Christmas stuff. But I would also like you doing wrap ups in maybe why you read: books you've wanted to read for a while, books because of booktube, books on a specific topic, etc.

I have started doing the same thing with my reading, I've slowed down quite a bit and I'm taking my time with each book. I used to have plans on exactly how long I got to take to read a book and it really stressed me out and affected how I felt about the book. I recently read Shadow and Bone and normally I would have forced myself to read it in 3 days and now I did it in 6 days and I enjoyed it so much!

I am the same with Goodreads! It is hard, but doable with letting go. Something I really think is anoying is when 20+ year olds read short books like Geronimo Stilton and count that...but I also need to let that go... You go girl with the wordcount!!

I find that I just every now and then do a reading catch up rather than a wrap up? Feels more conversational that way for me! For example I've posted a wrap in january, april, then two in October because I've read so much since april! Rather than commit to x amount of videos I would recommend commit to days, mines a Sunday and again, anything additional is a bonus :)

I can totally relate to wanting to write the fun scenes, rather than the in between scenes! Maybe try not writing in chapter order? That's what I would do, but also I would probably die in NaNoWriMo! Also, don't put yourself down for not writing a lot some days. You can't do perfectly everyday! Worlds of Ink and Shadow was pretty interesting! Definitely weird. I swear I can never tell what's magical realism, even though one of my favorite series is in that genre!

I think about how other people might perceive my reading progress on GoodReads too especially since I'm obsessed with organization. I'm a relatively fast reader so I like to finish a book within a week or less but what people can't see is my schedule and my to do list and how much time I can actually dedicate to reading.
