It’s so impressive how Hayley conforms to the personality of each person she hosts, it shows true kindness and understanding. this was such a great interview, it wasn't contrived, it wasn't forced it was just natural, just two people talking, being themselves. it was so good, hailey is a natural interviewer and addison is just well perfect at everything. i wonder what an addison rae show would look like. both of them could be the next oprah and ellen. what's great about it is it wasn't a boring interview with the two of them sitting opposite each other, they are making sandwhichs, eating, craking jokes, we got to see their personalities which is not what we see with late night television
