Danica Patrick was famous before she raced Indy cars. She got moved up to cup because she was famous, had a sponsor already, and had millions of fans. She was not ready at all to race in nascar and especially not cup level. But she made herself and nascar a lot of money.

Kyle's great. He never talks down to people, never talks bad about people, but he also keeps it real. I'm glad he's on the media side of the NASCAR, because it'd be a shame if he wasn't apart of this sport.

I used to watch NASCAR when Kyle was racing. He does a great job on these interviews and he is good person. I had a nephew that was terminally ill with leukemia and loved NASCAR. His family sent several letters to drivers at the time to try to get them to meet him or get a response to help the boy's morale. Kyle Petty is the ONLY one that responded, with a card and hand written message. My nephew died his Senior year of high school. Thank You Kyle.

I'll bet that her dad gets more enjoyment watching her race than he did when he was competing. I can say for certain that when I parked my drag car, and built a Jr Dragster for my daughter, I had much more fun watching her than I ever had racing myself. I was pretty successful locally, but, my daughter had FANS! It was pretty funny watching the boys in her class literally cry when we rolled her car out of the trailer. They all knew that when that neon pink mini slingshot, with The Powerpuff Girls painted on the cowl and "Girl Power" on the sides showed up, they were gonna run 2nd TO A GIRL! The best part was that, I've been told, their moms all (secretly) LOVED seeing it happen!

Hailie is going to be a NASCAR super star. I love the way she races, and how she races other drivers. After that second place win in the ARCA race, it was said she told the leading team not to worry, that she was good with second and would help them win. She had the sense to know if she had gone for the lead, she could have created a mess that would have taken them both out, and she was going to take a second in her first Daytona ARCA race. She's SMART!!! AND she's a great driver. Her dad did a great job of raising her, and training her for the career she's going to be successful in. GO HAILIE!!!!

Hallie has the right attitude! During an interview on Dale JR’s KZbin channel they referenced Danica and how she was pushed to fast and not enough seat time in the other series around NASCAR. Hallie said she was in no hurry and rather wait two or three years to get the seat time before moving up. When she does make that move her fan base will already be established. She has a great Temperament also. Dale Jr and his sister showed Hallie great respect and you could see Dale JR’s respect for her grow during the interview. Hailie Deegan girl I've been watching you since you started racing trucks. I'm a huge fan of yours. You are by far the most talented and smartest female that has ever been in any Nascar style car. I'm glad you are consciously taking your time to move up the ranks. That way you can learn as much as you can that way you are competitive in each level you move up....So much to say that I could easily write a novel.... But for now, I'll just say I'm glad to be alive right now watching quite possibly The Best Female Nascar Driver there ever will be. You keep this up like your goin and I see at least one or not two cup championships in your future. I only see you running one maybe two yrs in Xfinity. So unless you win the Xfinity championship your rookie yr which would be amazing. Not sure if that has been done. Hailie you need to open up the comments on the family channel or start your own KZbin channel....

Halie's social media presence is bringing new fans to NASCAR that would otherwise would never give the sport a second look. She is an "influencer" on social media and by merging that with racing benefits everybody involved in motorsports.

I sure hope she can wheel a cup car up front someday. I want to see the look on Ky Bu's face when she does a GWC bump and run to beat him at Bristol and/or Martinsville.

Hailie Deegan is a lot worth smiling about. She is in a big way the future of NASCAR. I'm not saying everyone in NASCAR broke NASCAR, but Deagan's Talent and Fines, combined with her personality in some lucky sponsors "car up front", has re-captured us.

Been following Hailies career four maybe 3 plus yrs and have been impressed with her talent since the first KZbin video. But since been to some races short track races and boy she is growing into the great person that her parents have raised. It’s refreshing to see now days and I know she will succeed. Great interview by the way.

This is like passing of the guard form me. Grew up watching the Petty's and the Earnhardt's. Deegan seems to have the same "it" factor. Danica Patrick, bless her heart. I see a lot of people saying she didn't want to win. That's BS, their isn't a single person who climbs behind the wheel of a legit race car that doesn't want to win. That's just stupid. Danica didn't have the right combination of attitude and tools to move her to that next level. You could always see how disappointed she was. She wanted it too bad maybe. Deegan on the other hand, was born with the tools and daddy Deegan helped whip up that attitude. I agree that it is harder to make someone aggressive then it is to have them dial it back. If she can find that right combination, she will be on Coffee with Kyle in no time.

I think the problem with danica was that she spent too much time in open wheel then quickly jumped into cup. You could see with some of her crashes that she didnt break some of the open wheel habits. There havent been that many open wheel drivers succeed in cup. Honestly i think she should have stayed in indy car.

Chris Wingrove I think you’re dead on with that assessment. Need those door to door and handling skills only dirt can give you.
@chriswingrove7656
@chriswingrove7656 4 жыл бұрын
@@Dave-jo1hf that and she tried to throttle out of a spin alot. You can do that with an open wheel car but not a stock car. Thats why she had so many really hard crashes into the inside wall
