After I saw several of your videos, I can conclude that literally all of your clients network setup was badly installed, cabling not managed at all, switches and routers are stacked in a haphazard manner, switches are unnecessarily cascaded. Not only that, the client did not document the network setup. This makes diagnostic and future upgrade very difficult at the very least. Perhaps it is the current norm that service providers are obliged to provide free maintenance on those equipment supplied by them that lead to such dire state.
