I love my HS boats. Now on a 788SF which is an absolute weapon. But, you're 100% correct about that bait board. It's so annoying. My old 543SF had the same and it was the only thing I would've changed. Having said that, HS have made it that way so the engine can be tilted completely, otherwise the engine hits the board...

BTW mate, the kicker is a Yamaha F300. Lovely boat. excellent performance.

I've had Haines signature before love them this would Have to b the worst boat they have ever produce no where near a cruise craft they have really lost the plot so over priced for poor quality boat 👎
