Dearest Nanny, and Moosie, you knocked my soxs off when you mentioned ny comment I ran to the kitchen to get ny husband!! How sweet of you! We watch your KZbin every time you have the next episode. I just wish you would have more or longer episodes. When I see you and Moosie and how warm and loving it reminds me of our relationship! Each time we go somewhere my hubby tells me I look beautiful! I know he is telling me he loves me because he has severe macular degeneration. The best thing that I have ever done was to marry him! We have two children, a girl and a boy. OMG WHY don't I know about you yet? I so loved this video and heard about you from Gina and Grammy Bear who apparently watch us both. OK let me answer your question here...my lower lashes are my own but sometimes you don't notice them because I don't always use mascara on them and they will get lost in shadow and eyeliner ;) A great mascara to use there is MAC Extended Play ... the one with the tiny brush because it's tubing so it won't just come off even if you rub (it's tubing and comes off with warm water). I do use a lash serum on my top lashes and when I blink it goes to my lower so they are a bit longer maybe? THANK YOU ever so much for your praise of my channel, skills and the shout out! Thank you Nanny I enjoyed the video. I think your eyebrows look really nice they are more bushy looking today. I had my eyelashes dyed a few weeks ago it lasts 6 weeks and I love it I don’t have to wear mascara unless I want too and I have wet macular in my right eye and it doesn’t hurt your eyes. I lay down on a table and it takes no time at all and I will be 87 in April. I make Chinese food too but I usually use brown rice. Love you in red. Hugs Bea

Hi Nanny, I love red! You look so lovely in red. Our bedroom has the softest red blankets and drapes. It's a tasteful and comforting color. Regarding eyebrows: besides a touchup with my favorite L'Oreal Brow Stylist Boost and Set (Blonde), I dye my brows once a month or so with Intensive (Biometrics) middle brown+brown added to cream developer in a very small bowl. This is a special developer for brow tinting. I paid $$$ at a salon once then discovered I could buy the two tubes (brown and middle brown to mix, a dot of each) with the developer. I dab it on with a cotton swab and leave it on only a few minutes (experiment). I buy the two colors and developer on eBay and it's so affordable. ($9 each tube) The dye tubes last for two years for me. I am 72 and was blonde, now turning white. Love the way my brows look now. The process thickens the hair I have and I'm able to extend the ends. You gave me a wonderful idea for dinner. I'm making Chinese since I have the ingredients. Hadn't considered cashews, which I recently purchased. Yum.

From one Nanny, in her 80`s, to the other, we have a lot in common. When I was a child, I too liked sitting around with the elderly, and listening to their days of yore. All of my friends, except for one, have been much older. Two of them were my Mom`s age. As a child there was one, my Mom`s age, that lived in our neighborhood and I visited her almost everyday after she got off work. Sometimes I would even eat with her. She lived alone and it seemed like a treat for both of us. I too, like furniture that has that antique look....I remember seeing you showing that shawl on one of your other videos and when one of my granddaughters asked what I wanted for Christmas, I suggested the shawl and that`s what she gave me. Youngique by Melissa (Over 50 Beauty) today addressed 'My Brow Game At 60!' & demonstrated using Too Faced Brow Pomade Pencil & Wig Eyebrow Gel. It was a unique produce & application. Another quicker Pea Soup: use drained canned Sweet Peas, then blenderized instead of cooking the Split Peas. My retired butcher Hubby always reminds me to remove the Shrimp's intestines (loc'd on the rounded back, with quick slit knife maneuver to remove the very dark & spotted string.....remove, then rinse). Love your hair & organization skills.

Hello Nanny, I am envious of your amaryllis. Mine never did bloom. The leaves are over two feet tall and I put supports to hold them up. Is it worth saving the bulbs? I am not a bulb person, however I would love to learn. Especially after listening to Moose and remembering how gorgeous your garden was the past three years. Your mantle looks pretty and is ready for some hearts. It is only four weeks from Valentines Day. Then fourth weeks from St. Paddy’s Day, then three weeks until Easter. So you can go from red to green to pastels in just eleven short weeks. Then summer is just around the corner…lol. See how time flies in my world 😉. That is a beautiful pocket scarf. I knew that your family would enjoy Medieval Times. The photo of your great granddaughter is precious. What a great way to keep baby happy. It is raining and I am ready for some sunshine. Too early for Valentine’s?? I saw Easter candy in my grocery store this week! I love the mantle!! I found 2 red amaryllis at Goodwill and had them displayed at Christmas and my sister thought they were real. You both look fantastic. Moose: the garden says “I’m not dead I’m dormant”…lol ❤😂 xoxo

I love the red. Especially in the winter time. It cheers me up. You look great in red. Funny that I had a craving for Chinese food this week too. I didn't make it to the Chinese restaurant, but I picked up a bag of frozen chicken pot stickers while shopping at Trader Joe's. Then sauteed some veggies that I had on hand. I still want some Chinese takeout in the near future though. Isn't it Chinese New Year around this time, and the year of the bunny rabbit? Moose looks handsome in his tweed ensemble. Nanny I had a shed and tub situation at my ‘ tiny’ house when we lived in Running Springs near Big Bear ❤ You need some metal or even plastic inexpensive shelving so those tubs can all be accessed. Pewter is probably at the bottom because it’s heavier than purses is my guess. Get Matty to put those in for you. XoxoMarjorie

Hello Nanny! It's always great to see you. You look beautiful in red and Moosie looked quite distinguished in his hat and sweater!! What a great couple you two are. The shrimp dish that you showed looks delicious!! I started creating some dishes myself. I like to be creative and come up with some pretty darn good tasting food. Lol. There is one that I just love. It's simple but sooo good. I put green and red peppers and onions in a frying pan to Sauté, add some fresh tomatoes, garbanzo beans, a little cayenne pepper and salt. I also put vegetable broth in as well. It sounds pretty simple but it's so good over rice or noodles. It's easy and quick as well!! It's fun to create different meals. Bye for now Nanny!!
