I wonder for woman that have more of 4a,b, or c type of hair how does the Botox effect their curls. Because it seems like you didn’t have tight curls from before vs someone who has very tight and smaller curls

It doesn’t completely take away ur curl pattern but loosens and makes more manageable. I have 4c hair with Botox treatment

I have it done 10 weeks ago. my experience is positive. I have very frizzy curly soft hair. but I lost a lot of hair and it was not straight, loose curls which I like. I still use the products to remove the frizz and it works better than before the treatment. I think my hair grew a lot since.

I have tried the botox before but my hair was damaged afterwords, the other ppl had no problem with it. but I do think it's because the lady did not put the product on the right way or because my hair is fine. But I'm thinking of trying the keratin.

I honestly I love how my hair is now when straightened after the Botox but idk if I would ever try the keratin. I feel like the Botox helped my dry hair especially with frizzing and growing super fast!

I tried the keratin three times and at the beginning it felt great but now it’s frizzy in the front, my curls are not the same, and now I wanna try the Botox with someone that knows what they’re doing even if it costs more money

If it damaged your hair then it was not really botox. Since its aminoacid based its suppose to help you

I've done both. The botox doesn't last as long as keratin, but I wouldn't attempt to put keratin in my hair at home. The fumes are just crazy. You have to blow dry and flat iron with both so that they bond with your hair strands. Otherwise you're kind of just wasting product. If you have a looser textured hair, maybe you can flat iron at a low temp so your hair doesn't go bone straight.

I think my hair type is 3c and I did the Amazon hair Botox at the salon and loved. My curls came back after a few months. I don't think it damaged me hair in anyway. I'm thinking of doing it again. I might try amazon coconut hair Botox.. I paid DHS 1500 aed for the Amazon

I got my first perm at the age of 15 and so I had a perm for 35 years. At 50 my hair started to fall out so I went natural and because of my curls, being straight never worked unless I went to the right Dominican hairdresser. Got a Botox 4 months ago and I absolutely love it!!! Out of all of these years my hair is healthy, straight, has grown and is manageable. If I put curls in (with flat iron) they stay until my next wash! Trying to figure out if I'm suppose to get a retouch like a perm or just do the full head botox again???

I just got Botox to get rid of the frizz and I LOVE IT! I only wear my hair curly I NEVER blow dry or flat iron my curls. And I co-wash my curls and use Quidad’s Extreme Hydrating mask every week.

Got the Botox hair treatment done in October... it’s now Feb so 4 months in... I’d give the treatment 5 stars.. it’s starting to fade though so my main question was when can I get it again? Its important to use vegan shampoo and conditioner to avoid ruining the treatment plus using sulfate free shampoo should be a permanent replacement in your hair care.

Hi good review, I have natural hair 3c4a type, past my shoulders. My hairdresser recommends the Hair Botox ONLY, but she did say No Flat Iron as that would ruin my hair....a good blow out with the hair dryer leaves my hair to my waist, so I'm definitely excited to try it, with all the Benefits you mentioned! ... Just No FLAT IRON! Lol

I had hair botox done with the flat iron. It was straight a couple days. When I washed it, curls were perfectly fine. I wish it would have reduced my curls. It did help with the frizz & texture & tangles & dry time. My baby fine curly & wavy hair is healthier & stronger. Artego diamond filler did not change my curls.

Hey hun I have done the hair Botox and yes it was flat ironed. I have super curly big hair type 3A-3B with the hair Botox treatment my curls did get wavy type 2B-2C but throughout time I got my super curls back! So don’t be scared you will get your curls back!! Keep using sulfate free products only. My curls got so big again I’m going back to Botox 😅 like you said way more manageable, I will try without the flat iron this time.

So I’m literally sitting in the salon after just getting my first Botox treatment. Never heard of hair botox prior to today. My hair dresser recommended it after severe hair breakage in the front. Loved this video! How many times did you have to get this treatment before it stopped having your curls be natural just once or more? Also, what products exactly did you use when doing this especially what did you use for the frizz because I have issues with frizz and I don't like how thick my hair is!! What type of place should I go to get it done? Is it pretty expensive like Japanese Reconditioning? I have gotten that done and keratin but never tried this!! Very interested!!

Hi Janette, thanks for the great, informative video! I just had hair botox few days ago and so far so good. My hair is so smooth and straight, I'm a little nervous about washing it first time since treatment tomorrow! I went to salon for keratin smoothing but she did the hiar botox and said it was fairly new here in Australia and better for your hair. My hair is normally very fine, curly (3c I think) and frizzy so I'll update you after I wash it. :-)

I’ve had so much devastation with my hair stylist have botched me time an again on my birthday stylist chopped of 8inch of my hair off. When i asked for a trim she chopped went in hair passed my ass came out hair at end of my back. It just dry frizzy frizzy it’s just unmanageable not growing my curls feel fried. I believe it was a brand from L’Oréal, this definitely helped with my frizz so much!! And try hair training! It’s supposed to help with hair growth!
