To the girl who said hairs dead skin (below a few comments) no. It's a protein called keratin. It's the same as what your fingernails are made of. There's 3 layers to 1 hair. Also the hair shaft is the actual hair, the follicle is where the hair grows out of (the pore if you like) I felt the need to educate you a little because you seemed so certain of yourself. Almost smug. Btw, gorgeous GORGEOUS hair!!

You can, it is exactly the same. You can also get single and thinker pieces of chalk at artstores that are even more pigmented.

Yaay! I love it! I'm waiting for my extentions to wear out so that I can buy new blonde ones and go all blonde/silver/pink/etcetera. It would be awesome to use chalks like these. I'm all black/white now, I went for both colours because I couldn't decide what color I wanted... And FYI - you are simply stunning! :)

My hair was actually JUST like yours in this video, about a year ago. I had to chop it all off up to my ears because I didnt take great care of it while I was coloring it all types of colors. It was horrible! haha. I am glad your hair is better now!

This is soooo cool! Looks gorgeous on you. But your hair looks a bit frizzy or maybe dry before curling it?(naturally you can tell better) But if: I like to use some hair oil after washing when it's damp so it keeps in more moisture. It's soooo hard to get bleached hair in a real good condition (*has white hair*) mine always is still dry and sticks everywhere.....

I used kiddies chalk. You know, the stuff without toxic stuff? It made my hair look really, really dry and damaged but from a distance the colour was AMAZING. It just doesn't stay in that long (I didn't seal it as much as I should have)

These are literally just chalk pastels. You could find them for a couple dollars at any art supply store! It's a fun look though :)

If you buy light blonde hair extentions and put toner/silver shampoo on them and leave for like 30 mins they should be silver, well that's what worked for me anyway :) hope this helps you guy x

You can buy hair chalk from ebay for a few pounds for the same amount and colours. I thought of buying and trying it but after seeing this video it doesnt look like it turned out as nice as i was hoping. Maybe its just against the current grey colour of her hair. Maybe when her hairs more platinum it would work together better. Suppose trying it urself is the only really way to find out lol

There is such thing as not saying anything at all you know... Also. Her hair might be dead but so if yours. Hair is dead skin follicles that slowly elongate as your scalp skin dies. So... You can totally just use regular soft pastel chalk. I've been doing that for about a year. Use it the exact same way. Loads cheaper.
