It's very easy to use, very true, if compared to traditional cream and brush painting type, this Liese's hair dye coloring is much more simpler. The only few points I want to share here is, one box with full one bottle is for long hair, if you have medium length hair or till shoulder length hair, it's more recommendable just use only half bottle each no.1 & no.2. Coz when applied onto hair, it will foam up lots of bubbles like shampoo. If you have medium length hair, if use full one full bottle is gonna waste ( I can guarantee you coz I'd tried ). Unless you have very long hair. And compared this Liese with traditional cream dye for white hair roots covering, this Liese does a better job than the traditional cream type. Unless you're asking someone at home to help you dye it properly, and also if you have long hair, it is very messy to use the cream type. Unless you are doing it at a saloon that is a professional service but definitely had to pay a bomb's price. Another tip is that, for more pigmented color results, it's better to leave it for 40 minutes, and when washing off, do not use shampoo, just rinse off the color with water and then apply conditioner to wet hair, massage it through scalp, then rinse and towel dry. And next is apply some hair oils on toweled dry but still damp hair ( for me I'm using Matrix's Biolage Exquisite Oil Moringa or Matrix's Oil Wonders Amazonian Murumuru Oil ) to preserve the color more lasting. The next day then wash hair with shampoo. And after coloring hair, do not use any hair treatment or hair mask for a week. Because hair treatment ( I'm using Schwarzkopf BC Hair Rescue ) or hair mask ( I'm using Schwartzkopf Spa Essence ) both can cause fading of colors to just dyed hair. Use any treatment or mask after a week later. Other stuffs like leave on conditioner spray or moisture hair spray is okay to use. Or another thing you can use is treatment oil ( I'm using Matrix's Biolage Advance FibreStrong or Matrix's Biolage Smoothproof ), these treatment oils are excellent to seal up damaged hair cuticles. Just warm them up in hot water, after shampoo and rinse off, just use these oil apply evenly onto hair and then apply conditioners together onto hair, wait for about 3 - 5 minutes then rinse. This way hair is more protected and nourished. Then the following week onwards, you can use your favorite hair treatments and hair masks as usual.

I used to have tailbone length hair and never needed more than one bottle at a time. The thing I realised is that having oil in your hair when you colour it doesn't effect the results, so what I did then was apply coconut or avocado oil all over my hair prior to colouring, and then the product would spread more easily all over my hair than when you start out with dry hair (AND you're conditioning your hair at the same time!). I do want to try a foam colour sometime, but seeing as the cream ones are usually cheaper and I don't personally find it too much of a hassle to work with, I keep going back to those.. ;) I had heard of Liese before though and had wanted to try it.. so maybe this time around I will..

Im surprised noone really commented here how you can use the cream dye same like the foam one. Like... noone forces you to use that applicator, you can just put some in your hand, smear around a bit and then brush into your hair. Mine never drips. Smells like commercial for the foamy. Which is kinda stated in the description too. But then unfair for the other ;)

Gong Xi Fa Cai! After the comparing of Liese hair dye. it really shows that the hair dye is easy for one person to do by themselves. alot of us couldn't reach our back hair when we were using the cream formal one. Liese makes our life easier when we wanna change of hair color..^u^

I have to start at my roots because I have a lot of grey, then I do the rest of my hair. I section my hair into 4 sections, then massage the color in like shampoo to make sure I got evertything covered. I've been coloring my hair at home on and off for 20+ years so I know what I'm doing for the most part.

If you're using the liquid and dying your entire hair anyway, Just use it like the foam, Parting it is completely pointless if you have enough dye, I always just use the liquid as a shampoo n just rub it in everywhere, You just gotta make sure you rub your scalp everywhere :) PS: most entertaining video i have seen in a while ^.^
