I got a super double drawn Vietnamese hair from a vendor but I noticed the weft is very thin and the strand of the hair itself is light and thin, easily swaved by wind.. What could be the reason pls

Is it a very long bundle like 26- 40"? For the strands been light and very thin, it is unusual for a Vietnamese hair cos it usually thicker
