एक एक बात सत्य हॆ। मॆ बरसों से इसी सात्विक आहार पर हूं । पका हुआ भोजन अब बिल्कुल भी अच्छा नही लगता। मेरा जीवन अब रसोई पर निर्भर नही हॆ।

I started following your advised food since 10 days, gradually i feel more energetic, work capacity increased,i am doctor ,after assessing scientific facts as per your videos i started fruits and nuts, very small quantities of anaaj,daal only in lunch

Sir, I 200% agree with every word you said in the video, because I know my-self the truth of what benefits one gets by eating fruit, steamed vegetables & Qinoa. I have to gradually replace steamed vegetables with raw vegetables and reduce quantity of food. With this change, I am sure I too would be experiencing the same level of vibrant health and high energy you have.I really enjoy all your videos. सही बात है एक समय का भोजन खाते खाते भी दूसरे समय क्या क्या खाना है बस यही सोच रहे होते हैं 🤣🤣🤣। इतने लोकडाउन में भी न तो पेट को आराम मिला न रसोईघर को । बल्की और दिनों से ज्यादा ही खाया गया ।

Thank you Sharmaji, I have already started this diet. I have already been a vegan for 3 continuous years previously but came back for tea coffee. But am back to no dairy products, my allergies have gone down. I Anyways eat very less bcoz after meditation you don't feel hungry a lot. @@ChandanSaud Sir health benefits you can see within 3, 4 days like i was suffering from constipation but having a good alkaline and high fiber diet cured my problem. And also my acidity is normal so my acne on my face is getting cured. Please try as diet can help you in many ways. I have just started and i request you too also to come and live healthy by eating healthy. Have a good and healthy life .

Sir.. Kya kya kha sakte h.. Ek diet plan boliye.. Koi idea nhi h.. Almond, kaju, khajur sab kitne mehenge h.. Sab koi effort nhi kar sakte h.. Humlog ye sab to roz nhi kha sakte..

You need only 3-4 nuts in a day, for eg. 3 almonds, 3-4 kaju 1-2 dates , 5-7 raisins etc. 15- 20 in total. Or you can take more or less according to you needs

डॉक्टर साहब नमस्कार डॉक्टर साहब मैं आपके बताए हुए पर काम कर रहा हूं और मैं आजकल दो टाइम फल और सलादले रहा हूं एक टाइम पकवा खाना पेट भी अच्छा साफ हो रहा है तीन चार बार टॉयलेट जाता हूं लेकिन टॉयलेट जाने के 1 घंटे 2 घंटे बाद फिर पेट में गैस बन जाता है और गैस बनी रहती है जब तक मैं अगली बार फिर टॉयलेट में जाऊं यह क्या प्रॉब्लम है मार्ग दर्शन करें धन्यवाद

Following diet of sharma sir and set benchmark of w. H. O how is it possible. The myth of Normal weight above certain limit come from grain. You can't compare weight of horse and elephant.

Dr.BRC ke diet follow korein free me..dr BRC bohut accha dctr he ...mera friend ka lav huya hai....yeh dctr diet kabhi nhi bolta hai sirf bok bok karta hain...agar sach me paramatma ke bhakta hai to free me diet plan kyun nhi deta dr BRC jaise...

Sir ye to apne sahi kaha meri Shadi ke do sal hue h usko bad to aisa lag raha Khana banane ke liye bani hu or bachhe ka bhi khayal rakhna padta.. Mujhe to yahi lagta ladke sirf apne aaram ke liye Shadi karte h.. wo to kuch karte nhi.. Or tana bhi marte ek khana banane me kitna time lagta.. Sir mai job bhi karti hu .. Meri to puri life kharab ho gai h.. Mai apka diet follow karna chahti Par mere pati 3 time khana chahiye..
