Guys, don't go for patch. You would always feel bad about it. Go for transplant. But go for the costliest and best possible. However if you don't have enough donor area, trim your hair and accept the way it is.

Hair transplant is painful and there is no guarantee of proper hair coming out. My friend had gone for hair transplant, it was very painful and it was not successful, he then went for patch. 5years have passed and he is still happily using the patch without any problems. I would suggest patch is way better.

To be honest, hair transplant has so many limitations as well, if your baldness is huge, for most of patients it is huge, then trust me hair transplant is not worth it. Bottom line, u can wear a patch or to hell with what other things, just shave all hair. I did hair transplant twice and had a bad experience, therefore please dont go for hair transplant as its not yet absolutely successful

Sir Ji Namaste!! I'm at stage 5 , I need 8500 grafts to cover my front, mid, temples, crown n back side bottom hair line. When I use Natrol biotin 10mg, Mintop 10% tropical solution, Omega 3 fishoil soft gel 10mg, Zn supplement, I ll get full hairs in three months time but when I discontinue they all go slowly. I'm 29 but without full hairs I look 35-36. Should I go for surgery or continue my meds for rest of my life? मैं पहले पैच ही लगाता था।वो तुरंत रिलीफ देता है,लुक भी अच्छा आ जाता है ।लेकिन वो एक टेम्परेरी उपाय है और उसमें आत्मविश्वास की कमी रहती है।किसी ने आप को बिना पैच देख लिया तो आपकी इमेज को भारी धक्का लगता है ।धीरे-धीरे आप को लगने लगता है कि ये ज्यादा दिन चलेगा नहीं। ट्रांसप्लांट एक परमानेन्ट उपाय है और आत्मविश्वास बढता है ।उसमें अगर आप को डेन्सिटी ज्यादा चाहिए तो आप को जरूरत के मुताबिक एक से ज्यादा बार ट्रांसप्लांट कराना पङ सकता है। मैं तो ये ही कहूँगा कि पैच लगाने के बाद आप ट्रांसप्लांट करायें उससे अच्छा है कि आप जल्दी से जल्दी पहले ही ट्रांसप्लांट करा लें क्योंकि इसके रिज़ल्ट आने में कम से कम साल भर लग जाता है
