if i know a dissatisfied face when i see one. i was cringing every moment the client did. i’m a barber beautician, been in this for years, i also offer the same service. Trust me when i say, I believe this client was being as polite as possible. that was a lot of cutting without forming the shape she wanted, despite what they consulted…besides the obvious, if the color was blended as it should be at the appointment, it should be addressed during the consultation , way before an install service
