If there's rosemary oil in certain mix of oils then you can apply it on your scalp directly, but rosemary essential oil has to be diluted in carrier oils like jojoba, grapeseed, sesame, argan etc oils because essential oils are very concentrated and applying them directly on your scalp can cause irritation 🤗

Hey, if you're using the loreal shampoo once in a week that's how you should use it But if it's too hydrating for you and not cleaning your scalp completely then I'd recommend a clarifying shampoo Also, pre conditioning depends on the instructions on the package If the product packaging says you've to wet your hair and if it doesn't then vice verse No oils have to be applied if you're pre conditioning your hair 🤗
