Just a thought. If you really want to know what vitamins and minerals you should take the best way really the only way to do that and to know for sure is to have blood work done. Get blood work done and then you could tell them your results and what you are lacking in is what you should take. believe it or not it could actually be bad for you to take too much of certain vitamins if you already have a good level of them. so it's always good to actually know what your body is lacking before you start taking something. I learned quite a bit about all this because of covid I had it and had to find out what I need it to beat It.

This!!! It drives me nuts seeing youtubers advertising these kind of companies. There is no reason to just take a load of vitamins bc a website tells you to?? If you’re having symptoms, there can be underlying conditions causing them, not necessarily a vitamin deficiency... The first girl was so me at 16 years old 😂😂 I have dark brown hair by nature. When I was 16, everybody bleached their hair. I wanted blond hair too. So I bleached my hair with box dye 🙄 it turned out.... Very orange (what a surprise b*tch), so I went to the store (hiding my hair) and bought some Directions in very a like burgundy red.... And I dyed my hair burgundy red. It turned out soooo good.... And after that like every girl in my school wanted red hair 😂

Haha that’s a cute story :) I think everyone should experiment with their hair at least once! I started dying it for the first time at 11 or 12 I think, and have been ever since. Love to change up colors all the time, although I don’t do it as much as I used to anymore because I realized that I mostly dye my hair when my mental health is bad so it’s kind of like an addiction now. But still, sometimes you gotta have fun :3

But although I absolutely understand your reasoning I want to tell you that hair is way stronger than you might think!
