Yeah, I can’t even section my hair until I brush out/detangle it. And I can’t use most conditioner because it gives me acne.
@nekohimesama5533 ай бұрын
I use the LCO method for my hair as well as the hair gloss (glaze brand) as an in-between treatment. first liquid (water), then conditioner (cantu or any leave in conditioner that works 4 u). then I seal in the moisture with cantu biotin-infused hair and scalp oil. fun fact, the cantu hair and scalp oil helped my acne since your scalp skin is apparently an extension of the skin on your face (learned from dearpeachie video). the cantu hair oil also has vitamin C, E, peppermint and tea tree oil which help with dandruff/dryness/acne. my scalp was so dry and damaged I had constant acne for years and tried all sorts of products, not realising that my acne was related to my scalp and not hormonal. the scalp is like the soil your hair grows out of, it needs more care and nourishment. getting one of those rubber scalp massagers also helps with blood circulation. I use it to clean my scalp during shampoos and when oiling my scalp. I use the curl clarity shampoo by 'as I am' once a month right before applying the hair glaze while damp. I also use the creme of nature argan oil shampoo for regular washes. water hardness in your area also matters. I need to use the deep treatment masque because the water here is very hard and drying on the skin/scalp/hair. adjust as needed, experiment with products, but I swear by the LCO method for my dry frizzy hair. my hair is more shiny/less frizzy now 😭. took me years to realise it was the harsh hard water causing a lot of issues/persistent dryness for me. out of everything, the cantu strengthening biotin infused hair oil made the biggest difference and brought shine & luster back to my hair after giving up for years 😭

The turning point for me in my frizzy hair path was the Dyson. Got it as a gift from my husband, wasn't very optimistic about it, then I tried it, along with their frizz nozzle, never have I ever had such a smooth hair. That is all I need. It doesn't matter how many different products I tried before. Nothing worked, and it turns out it was not the product that I needed but the right blow dryer. My frizzy hair saga is now finished, 20 and something years later...

I keep my routine consistent (i don’t blowdry at all and only straighten it like, once a month or sometimes even less) and from January 2024 to now, my hair has completely changed. It used to be frizzy, dry, weak, but now- i can’t even explain how healthy it is for THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. Thank you so much 😭😭

I’ve watch so many of you video in my boredom and felt like trying this. Everyone at work want me to go black because I wore a black costume wig at Halloween . I’m warm toned like a deep autumn. So I want the depth but also the warmth. I’m hoping this works. I left the color on a lot longer than their 10 minute ends in hopes to get close to mostly black red. As I sit here with your super gloss I’m watching your fans going both ways lol.i hope I’m not a fail. I am performing for the first time in probably 5 years or close and want to look nice.

Cosmetologist to cosmetologist THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO. 👏🏼👏🏼 please put a a video out on serum placement unless you have dry scalp then put it mid shaft and down while wet ! and when it’s best to put it on. I see so many people put “treatment videos or serums “ on dry hair! … washing off almost all of the treatment .. (that’s how they get you to buy more…probably shouldn’t have put that out there but we’re hair advocates here..) you hair absorbs oils best after showers or if hair is damp/wet whatever just not dry. . Just the same as skin, after showers or washing face and putting on moisturizer it looks and feels amazing and putting on serums or lotions will lock in better b/c “pores” open. When you apply a product such as silk serum to dry hair(mid shaft and lower is an ideal gage b/c) your scalp already produces oils) , It can only go in so much of the hair cuticle before it’s just sitting and making it oily”hair shaft anatomy”) Just the same concept as our skin. When people wonder why walking out the salon with soft hair it’s because they lock it in while damp. Other wise the little treatment you’ve done will be washed away after you’ve washed it. and only 30% or less of treatment has been visibly visible to the consumer … unless it has a formula that can penetrate throughly. also consider if your scalp is dry then sure oil is okay but if you want to heal damaged hair put it on the part that is damaged. Not the healthy part of your hair that is growing from your scalp.
