But Ulta carries it in a 32 oz and has regular sales for 16 .99th I've never enjoyed putting my hands in my hair until now

It's night time after using the mhe medium hold pomade. Hold wasn't that good, I put one dime size and then another because it was flopping still.Kinda itching now from build up. So do we rinse off everytime with water only the next day??
@HairExperience
@HairExperience 4 жыл бұрын
Josh, tell me some more info. Could be the wrong product for sure. How long is the hair ? Are you trying something that is a hard hold. Being our mid hold pomade thats all its going to do. It will still be mobile. It doesnt become hard or crunchy. That was something I made sure of and it could be the failure for you. You may need the firm hold pomade. Yes, just rinse the hair with fresh water and do not reuse the product the following day. I personally use that same product and have for months. The total amount used can be the amount of hair specific. I have a lot of hair but only used whats showed in this video Also, I dont want it to move either. So thats why I add the hairspray !!! Here to help!

@@HairExperience it looks like the same length as your hair. My hair is Indian remy hair and its new. So its very luxiourous, smooth and moisturized. Maybe that's why the medium pomade can't hold it. All it did was go over the smooth hair, but no hold. It might be because its new hair. I'll probably have to wait till it finally trains and starts losing some of its sebum. Also im shocked you use a hair dryer on top of the mhe pomade, is that safe for the hair? I noticed once the system loses it moisture for your systems it doesn't want to take any more. This is after like 6 weeks tho. Any suggestions how to revive those hair systems?

@@HairExperience i hope so, btw Curtis i noticed you've been wearing stock hair systems. Try a custom, the difference is that the hairs are vented in the back and sides tO fall on them naturally to mix. Also the it keeps the hair in the front in a brushed back look. It makes a world of difference because less products and don't have to really worry about doing the hair in the morning. Just comb mix And go. I use to get customs like that from another company in the beggining. Anyways thank you sir.

I would use a Q tip with isopropyl alcohol on it. Lightly wipe it from side to side. Should clean it up. But do not attempt styling right after that. It will loosen the bond until it re dries. Hope that helps !

Curtis, dyou have any tips on how to disguise the front line of the poly unit when going for an exposed hairline like yours? It’s only noticeable in certain lights but my eye is always drawn to it. (It may Just be the type of system I have. Will try your poly thin for my next one.)

I've noticed the same thing with mine. I think the salon I went to gave me something thicker than 0.03mm, it's not too bad but I have to style the hair a little differently so it casts a shadow on the edge. I hope the MHE thin skin will be better for me.

Hey, lighting is something that we are looking at personally all the time. I have a product added to our base that dumbs down the plastic shine but stays transparent. Its still not perfect though. It can be a few things here. But the poly (mine at least) doesnt have a shine. The bond however will shine through it in certain conditions. Also when the bond breaks down or its brand new it will shine a little. The bond after about 30 minutes will calm down and no longer shine once the alcohol binder evaporates. But about 5-7 days into my bond it does break down and then shine again. I use a product when this happens called "No Shine" sold at target, put a tiny bit on with a Q tip and it goes away for a day or so. Also a .05 depending on how its made could do this worse. Just depends whats put in the base material to stop it. Hope that helps!

I'm about to wear my first French lace system after wearing 0.03mm poly units for 6 months. Currently I rinse and condition my hair every second day and occasionally use some pomade or a clay for styling. Will this routine be okay for shedding for a French lace unit? I also put ghost mist and argan oil in my hair to keep it healthy, do I need to take extra care not to touch the knots when I do this?

@@HairExperience Curtis, but I after I washed it, it seems like it's really hard to comb or brush and I'm worried the hair stylist that will do a basic cut will rip the hairs out while forcing to comb. Hey Curtis. Hope you are good. So I have long hair kinda similar to your style in your videos a year ago and I am debating a hair system.
