Hey guys for those of you asking if I dipped the ends in hot water, no I did not. Because it's a bob I did not dip the ends in hot water, I only added glue and wrapped the ends as you would do to secure a loc. If you are not doing a bob then you can dip the ends in hot water, just make sure you don't dip up to the point where the butterfly hair is pulled out. I loved this very detailed instructional video. I wouldn't mind paying those outrageous prices IF all the braiders were this precise. Although the style looked too thin at the top FOR ME, it looked much better when you laid it over to the side. I've been holding on to my money for 3 weeks now because I want want this kind of precision and care, and of the several braiders I've gone to, here in the Atlanta area, I have yet to find it. Some braid too tight damaging the skin; some tear my hair with the comb, put too much gel, or spritz my scalp, damaging my hair and clogging my follicles...I HATE THAT 😡. Braids are supposed to be a "protective" style., NOT JUST A STYLE (damned if you have any hair when you take this "style" down).
