I don't know if your really into that kind of stuff but I would love to see a video on how to determine what kind of hair care products/ingredients your hair needs. Like there's so much stuff out there for dehydrated hair (whatever that means) but also proteins and that kind of thing. Like I feel with skincare everyone is looking for products for certain concerns/skin types whereas with hair everyone just seems to be recommending the same 10 products

I love these reaction videos. I feel like I learn alot when it comes to what to do and what not to do. And personally I need to learn more about hair care and not just "how to style your hair". I rarely "style" my hair but I would love to learn more about haircare. There is alot I want/need to learn when it comes to hair care and I don't know where to turn to. (If anyone have any recommendations for where one can learn more about haircare I would really appreciate it!)

Yess!!! I rarely style my hair as well because it's so hard to style, takes a lot of time, the hair is long and thick and doesn't hold curl. Exercise is a great solution for anxious feelings. Exercise hormones suppress the anxiety hormones, the body has to literally shut one system down (anxiousness) when the other one is working (exercise).
