I’ve started to realize I’m sick of the rush as well and that’s when I make mistakes and don’t put the quality and detailed work I want into each person. I told myself, NO; enough is enough and I’m going to work better for me and not for someone else!

I have a problem with feeling rushed by clients they act antsy and I try to hurry for them. It’s very frustrating!!

Yes! I was told this decades ago. That’s why 30 years ago I decided to step away from the old model & go independent. I opened a Salon from my home & mastered my craft working one on one with each client. It works! Do this & you’ll have a great following & career for years to come. When I’m not educating, I get educated. Never stop growing as an artist. 🦋

Being back to back , booked out in the spa industry used to completely drain me ! You need time in between to re enter yourself … I’d rather charge more per treatment and have the client walking away saying WOW instead of , that was ok … clients will make time if they see the value you offer them … do you sell products or upgrade services to avoid burning out as a stylist as well ?
