Very nice review pal. Not familiar with the brand but look very good. I've always used DeWalt boots, they are ok and am pleased if I get 12 months out of them.

Has to be the Haix trekker pro 2.0 I put the miles in on the ground maintenance and they with stand the abuse that comes with staying comfortable and waterproof like any boot care is key I would say but u get what u pay for with haix wouldn’t recommend any other brand 👌

If you have wide feet then steitz secura are very good but expect to pay £200 plus. The haix look good , I shall check them out.

@@MrGardener18 If I go into a shop I usually need a size 11 to get the width but I can wear the steitz secura in size 9!

@@MrGardener18 would you recommend the Haix X26 to someone with a flat wide foot, no instep?
@MrGardener18 Жыл бұрын
@@zechssiguro7476 it's alway hard to say. there wider then alot of shoes but still not what I'd described as roomy

@@MrGardener18 thanks for the honesty! I have a Haix 55 side Zip "Extra Wide", but it's tight at mid day. If I could find out if it's D, E, or 3E...then it could help me find peak comfort with my next boot purchase, just going one width up. I wonder if the Magnum Vulcan series are a similar width too?

that's quite a turnaround of boots in such a short time. what do you do to them?

@@MrGardener18 I do a lot of digging and ponds
@MrGardener183 жыл бұрын
@@davidhigginbottom3637that makes sense. digging can be really hard on boots. I destroyed a pair of boots in a single afternoon digging a piece of ground prepping it for a new lawn. hard work.

@@MrGardener18 A machine shop will make you removable T shaped pieces that will attach to the top of the spoon on a shovel or spade. A huge benefit if your digging in Wellington boots for irrigation repair or drainage work. Much kinder to your feet to tread on something wide. The downside is you MUST remove, clean and oil the hex head fasteners or they will seize.
