In a way although I don't agree with the girls, I can understand where they are coming from especially when they are dealing with men. Men should cut their coat according to their size, and go for women in their own league. You cannot see a girl whose hair is more expensive than your monthly salary and you say you want to woo her with ordinary 10000 naira, and get mad when she is not excited about it, are you ok? what do you want her to do with that? Better save your money and go start a business or something, and after find a woman who is in your league. These women like what they like they no kill person. If you can't keep up, leave them alone. Men would be shouting these women are all gold diggers, yet they will be going for the ones that are gold diggers, when there is a plethora of humble modest naturally beautiful women out there, Just because they are not wearing human hair, with fake nails and bleached skin, so please these men should stop crying a river, they are the ones doing themselves.

Laughing shaking my head. Some people will condemn divorced women , mock them until their own daughters, sisters, mothers , even themselves Start to enjoy / experience what these women were enjoying and they will understand the enjoyment and leave. Instead of society creating awareness and teaching men how to treat their wives in marriages and what actions and choices they will make that would make their wives leave them, they want to put blame on women. What kind of normal woman with children for her husband will just divorce a good husband? It is.not easy to be a single mom. It is so easy to point finger and laugh at people going through trials when it has not happened to you. African women especially Nigerian women loved to be married, for these women to divorce, they were tired suffering and smiling.

She should have prayed to be prosecuted in Britain where I currently live. This country is known for being a bit on the more lenient side when it comes to prosecuting. The Americans on the other hand are hardliners, they not only have the death penalty but their prison sentences for crimes like this are very very stringent, I have no empathy quite frankly, she could have used her good start in life to become very educated with either getting a good job or even becoming an employer. My empathy in Africa lies with the forgotten, neglected and marginalised poverty stricken Africans. Socialites as they are called have contributed nothing to humanity, they want to be worshipped like mini gods, which is something I can never ever do because they shit just like I do, nothing special about them.

I'm totally in support of the Divorced Women's Association. As much we wish marriages to be fulfilling and last, Women and Men should know that dying silently in a marriage defeats the total aim of a marriage. If you are in a bad marriage that is chipping away at ur life, DIVORCE proudly, heal and get a life.

No body wants or likes bad marriage but to celebrate broken marriage talk less of now having it as an association is evil dear and can't be encouraged, no matter what, believe it or not no marriage is bed of roses, every marriage has its cracks, should all marriage be broken because of it, just as we human are not perfect, so also is every marriage is not perfect, Marriage is an institution with no graduate, even the one you believe that is perfect has it flaws. The impact of such association to the society will be too deadly and catastrophic.

Im still hung up on the complexion contrast of the Mona girl in her before and after pictures. I wish people of Color ( men/women) would find a way to maximize the beauty of their natural complexion through natural and dermatological care if needed without the use and commitment to carcinogenic bleaching agents. As a healthcare professional with in the focus of Oncology I’m intrigued by the mind of those who commit to these controllable practices. I mean have we forgotten that our skin is our largest organ and a protective barrier at that, weakening it is literally an act of self-sabotage I’m not judging I just really want to understand bc when I’m reviewing skin cancer cases it sometimes puts me to tears to read of the involuntary battles that people are in for their lives and than there are the bleachers who are consciously applying for battle membership. Please find a better way loves.

About the Divorced Women’s Association, i feel they have the right to make their decisions on creating that group and keeping themselves happy. All of them have reasons for leaving their marriages. As a married woman myself, i would rather file for a divorce than neing in an abusive marriage that might lead to my early death or forever disabled through physical or psychological torture or violence. If that is the way to keep themselves happy, so be it. I cannot judge their decisions. A lot of women and men are going through different forms of do.estic based violence, but the culture of silence for african women and the toxic masculinity in men are slowly killing them. All i would advise at this point is for every woman to be empowered and self-reliant.

I'm a Caribbean woman and I grew up with a saying " darm if you do darm if you don't". We throw a lot of complexities into life, because we are complex individuals. The only unselfish way to walk in freedom and peace is God's way, why because the word of God is consistent and it changes not, over 2,000+yrs and it remains the same. You will never read the Bible today and it says I feel and tomorrow it says I've change my mind about what I promised you etc..... God gave us a will to choose, consequently we will live by the choices we make. Would you order pasta for dinner and sit to eat it expecting it to taste like rice. I don't think so.
