It's a great chart. Each column even seems to have a theme. Koyori, Suisei, et al all have distinct ways of looking at the world. Haachama, Miko, et al are all very unique. Fubuki, Mococo, et al are all pump you up when you need a boost types. Sora, Fuwawa, et al are all wholesome/motherly/family-like. Towa, Lamy, et al all give off a best friend/dream girlfriend vibe. Laplus, Hajime, et al all super lively.

Hajime miss the opportunity to put BaeRyS together. Also her class isn't as wholesome as she think as you got Choco-Sensei who's quite lewd, YabaIRyS, and horny Senchou so the class isn't very wholesome. Hajime should do a little swap around with the Iroha and Koyori since they probably would be happy to be sitting behind their oshi with Iroha fangirling Suisei while Koyori tease Miko like what a proper 35P would do. Another Choco-Sensei should switch seat with Polka as I think she want to sit behind her imotos.

There's a lot you could change but I don't think she put too much thought into it. Not like the goal is to make it perfect either so it's gonna be a bit hit or miss. Together with your changes you should probably swap FBK and Azki for a AyaFubuMi + 3/4 in Bakatare circus. Kiara next to Kobo, Subaru with Choco Luna etc. It gets complicated fast and you definitely can't include all combos that exist.

My thoughts: Luna and Subaru should be close to each other. Kiara should be close to Kobo. Bae and Irys should be close to each other. Iroha should be close to Suisei. Probably behind Suisei is best. Shiori seems a bit out of place in this roster. Foreign exchange student?? Nenechi and Botan should be on this roster to complete NePoLaBo. Possibly a rivalry with HoloX...? Bonus points if Marine and Subaru are close to each other so Marine can torment Suba.
