***** You have install a bunch of shells and have them all call back, but no, there isn't any mass management in MSF currently (well, there is, just not the greatest)

***** In theory you could use Metasploit for initial access then use SSH after that there are tones of great programs out there to do SSH commands to multiple instances all at once
