Explanation for the ending: When Hakaishin Gojira blasted his red overcharged beam, he also blasted his G-cells into Destoroyah that overwrote his cells, which made Destoroyah start to decay and rot. The military took advantage of this and started to fire at his decaying body to kill him off. After they all fired at him, he was on the brink of death, and so when Hakaishin snapped, he made a vibration that caused Destoroyah's body to convulse and explode.

The ending doesn’t really make sense like how does his eyes start to bleed and all because destoroyah can survive a atomic breath blast and what’s with him exploding in the end due to a snap
