My Guru has a stroke if he see's one of us grabbing a wrist or the arm below the elbow without some attempt to off balance the opponent. Simply because of what you mentioned about their elbow still being a functional counter attack.

Go to the settings in the upper right hand corner. Find the speed control to slow down or speed up the video. Good luck
