I think it is more of a mystery that Shion could turn perfectly common ingredients into Corrosive Lethal Acid Poison. 😓(Also I think a few of her "foods" were actually alive and conscious 😱) I am not sure, but I think Shion was already considered a lost cause as a cook, yet besides Shuna (and maybe Gobta), no one is brave enough to stand between her and the kitchen.
