great video! is there anny diference in the performance between ADC with IT and ADC with DMA? thanks
@Weblearning13 жыл бұрын
Yes. DMA is much faster if you want to have few channels sampled, and it will release the core to do other things while the DMA is gathering your data. It will be great also if you subscribe to my channel.

Excellent tutorial! Can you elaborate why you disable the high and low speed clock under RCC? I am using a slightly different Nucleo board (F446RE), and I am able to run with these settings enabled. You should think that the default settings under CubeMX should be correct for the board selected.

Hi. As I don't know what board my viewers are using, even if it's a nucleo, I disable the clock so it will work for them. The OSC doesn't have any effect on the ADC. If you will see my UART video, you will see that I address this issue.

My Clock Prescaler doesn't have the option for Asynchronous? Only PCLK 2?? HELP! My board is STM32F407VG. Is it because of my board?

Different STM32 have different ADC with different options. Its ok. Please have a look at this video on the examples where you can find more information on the settings that you need to set. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmTUZJ6Xm9mperM
