That Ampalaya Egg dish is good for you. Ampalaya is a Super Food, it’s bittermelon in English. It’s bitter but has good health benefits. There’s so much to do in PH. It’s a Digital Nomad’s playground with all the beautiful nature it has to offer. Gotta check out the waterfalls! This too: The Grand Mosque of Cotabato is the largest mosque in the Philippines.
