Salam. By far this is the best video I have seen by ifg. It was very simple to follow and understand. Ifg should do more videos like this, use layman terms because the Muslim community it’s aiming for are not all that knowledgable in moneymaking or investing so, plz make it simple and easy to follow for us guys. Jazaak Allah haira to brother Ibrahim and Mohsin for all their hard work to help the Muslims. I would love to invest in your business and help to promote halal investing but I’m so confused what cur8 capital is and how it works?plz make a simple and easy to follow video on that and also how to gain tax free halal profits from halal investments.

Salaam Mohsin, thanks for the vid Currently I’m learning how to trade and plan to teach this to my kids in the near future. Furthermore l, I think teaching them a skill such as video editing in this day and age is also very valuable.

Well the real catch with property is, no one has the full cash to pay it off and halal mortgage are unaffordable to pay off the monthly cost - which basically does not give any option to use the whole leverage route. Only if a economy has a cheaper property prices with competitive halal mortgage rates - all of this is doable.

Yep, Islamic mortgages are 7+ % at the moment. So, nah. Also having a house over 200miles away because it’s cheaper and renting out, is not straightforward if you are a landlord.
