@@samanthaschuermanGirl love yourself because body is AMAZING and social media is FAKE AF. Everyone uses a filter AND edits their bodies. Even if they are skinny, so what? That certainly doesn’t mean they’re happy. Skinny doesn’t = happiness I promise you. I’m 5’2” , I’ve been 105lbs and I’ve been 144lb and I was FAR more miserable mentally at 105. There is so much more to life than looks. It took me years to realize that but ever since I let go of trying to keep up with everyone else I’ve been SO much happier.

@@mic9965 You know that's actually really funny you shared this because when I was at my thinnest, which was 112 I was my most miserable. Even though I loved my body, mentally I was so depressed and obsessed with what I ate and working out and that's all that mattered to me. Then I met Jay and was so happy and gained weight hahaha. But you're absolutely right!!!
