Hi gaurav , my father and couple of close relatives have certain similar issues and consulted same doctor. Amazing experience with him and he has done one of the major surgery of one of my close relative where his legs were numb and some major neuro issues as well. Trust me he started walking now after 40 days of his surgery with regular physio. Amazing doctor he's.

Gaurav Sir, I am suffering from the same problem. I have had such an episode multiple times in last 8 years. I stay in US and visit chiropractor almost 2 to 3 times a week even if nothing is wrong. Best solution of this is lacrosse ball, stretching and lots of Ice. Also see if you get pain killer patches which you can stick on your back to get some relief. I also use precession gun on by back after workouts or sports. Hope this helps. I completely get how you are feeling and have been through this pain multiple times.

@@palashsharma3308 to simplify we all have disc which is like white jelly between all the fragmented bone of our spine cord which act as cushion between two bone of our spinal cord. when the disc is bulge it pops out of and there is little to no space to expand so its pinch the nerves of spine (specially sciatic nerve if its down side in L5) which radiates pain each time it pinch the nerves the pain is different from regular pain its like constant shockwave of pain which is unbearable to bear this pain cant be expressed in words i have encountered it several times best way is to let heal on its own not to put pressure .. bulging disc can cause sciatic nerve pain hope this help
