Bhai ji jab ghevar ko meeetha karte hai to vo tight hota ha par kuch time ke bad jab chini burak jati hai to narm ho jata hai. Agar narm ho gaya hai to bhai ji iska koi tarika nhi isko tight karne ka. Agar ham kuch jugad karte bhi hai to vo taste phir bhi nahi rahega. Agar aapko aisi problem aati hai to isko meetha karte time chasni me thodi satri daal le. Thanks 🙏

@@Spicyhealthyfood arey bhai ji, rakshabandhan par khareedkar laaye they itna mehnga, ekdum decorated ghewar. Mujhe laga dabbe may hi hai toh uska Base crispy kadak hi rahega. Par vo ab naram sa lag raha hai. Asal may maine ghewar pehle bhi khayein hain chaashni se upar mithai se bharey, toh dukh ho raha hai ki iss mithai may vo baat nahi hai. Mae toh microwave karne ki bhi soch raha tha par ruk gaya kyunki ye idea mujhe sahi nahi laga.

1.ghewar me ghee dalte hai uska proper raiso rakhe. usko pahle barf se ache se fente tabhi matha taiyar kare. us se ghewar khasta banta hai.2. dusra chasni jayda ghadi na rake bus ek tar bnana chahiye gucha nahi banana chahiye.3.meetha karne ke bad 3se 4ghante ke bad ghewar narm hota hai agar aap usko turant istemal karte hai to kadak lagega. baki aap recipe follow kare aapko koi dikat nahi ayegi. agar phir bhi aati hai to aap instagram page follow kare aapki puri help karenge ji. 🙏aapka bahut bahut dhanaywad ji hamare channel par visit k liye 🙏

kadai की tali me chipkta hai kaya. 1.Agar aisa hai to ji aap gas ka aanch kam rakh rahe ho. Ham ghee ka aanch itna rakege jab ham isme better dale to dalte hi upar aa jana chahiye. 2. Agar gas ka aanch aapka sahi hai to aapka better gada hai isko thoda patla kar ले jis tarh ki chach hoti hai us se thoda sa gada kar le. Phir aapka ghevar sahi banega. Note -ham ghee ko usi anch par garm karenge jis anch pe hamne suru kiya tha ek hi gas ka anch rakhenge medium high. Isko hi ham ghee k sath control karenge. Agar ghevar jalne lagta hai to gas ka anch tej hai usme thoda ghee dal kar anch ko normal kar le. Ho sake to aap moti tali ki kadai use kare iron ki ya koi nonstick पण.
