What's the use of the loop of the roller coaster Tiger-Turtle in Duisburg, if no one can walk upside down? I hope someone will answer me. Thanks.

Seems like they are hamsters exercising in their jail... so bored, I think it was a new atracttion in a theme park but is dissapointing to discover that is only a sculpture made by a mad mind...
